Movimentações manuais ou via carga no sistema SAP; Atualização cadastral para movimentações de transferência entre empresas ou promoções. Integração de colaboradores do Portal LG (Único RH) para o SAP e emissão de KIT Admissional; Emissão de Kit Demissional, agendamento de exame demissional, baixa sistêmica dos colaboradores desligados, controle de término de contratos temporários;• Manter o saneamento da base cadastral em consonância com a legislação vigente e premissas da organização, tanto como, atualização dos dados de alimentação do SAP para frentes de PA;• Atendimento aos chamados de cadastro em conformidade aos SLA’s aplicados;• Apoio técnico e treinamento para as necessidades do atendimento RH;• Identificar melhorias no processo e otimização de recursos;• Acompanhar e atualizar os indicadores de benefícios para reporte aos níveis de gestão;• Construção de apresentação executiva com as informações dos processos de benefícios;• Interação com os stakeholders do processo (RH Corporativo, Fornecedores, Relações Trabalhistas, Suprimentos, Jurídico e áreas afins) para alinhamento estratégico e necessidades operacionais.Requisitos e qualificações• Graduação completa em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Ciências Econômicas, Ciências Contábeis e áreas afins;• Conhecimento em Departamento Pessoal e Legislação trabalhista;• Conhecimento em operacionalização de departamento pessoal;• Conhecimento e prática para sistema SAP (HP1).• Pacote Office avançado;• Visão de melhoria contínua e otimização de processos;• Prática de atividades de grandes volumes; • Atendimento para prazos e SLA’s;• Perfil analítico apurado;• Perfil dinâmico e flexível.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios são:Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Previdência privada com participação da empresa no mesmo percentual definido pelo colaborador, podendo variar entre 3% e 6%;Total Pass;Wellhub.Benefícios vigentes, com regras e especificações estabelecidas em Acordo Coletivo, Convenção Coletiva, Acordo de PPR e/ou Política/Diretriz de RH, podendo sofrer alterações.
