Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar fiscalizações municipais e estaduais;Analisar autos de infração, notificações e intimações fiscais;Elaborar respostas técnicas relacionadas à intimações e notificações fiscais;Levantar e organizar documentos e informações solicitadas pelas autoridades fiscais, com o apoio das áreas responsáveis;Avaliar riscos tributários e impactos financeiros das autuações e fiscalizações;Atuar junto com áreas contábil, financeira, tributário apurações e jurídica;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas em relação aos processos de fiscalização;Monitorar prazos de certidões e fiscalizações, bem como prazos processuais internos;Acompanhar mudanças na legislação e jurisprudência tributária;Apoiar consultores externos e escritórios jurídicos, quando necessário;Contribuir para a melhoria de controles internos e prevenção de contingências fiscais.

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação superior completa em Direito ou Ciências Contábeis, preferencialmente Direito; Experiência prévia em fiscalizações tributárias; Conhecimento de contabilidade, bem como tributos diretos e indiretos; Familiaridades com processos administrativos fiscais (federal, estadual e municipal); Conhecimento de obrigações acessórias correlatas; Pacote Office em nível intermediário; Capacidade de análise de dados e documentos fiscais
