Mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass Rechnungen, Tarife und Verdachtsfälle genau geprüft werden und unkorrektes oder missbräuchliches Verhalten nicht unentdeckt bleibt. In dieser Führungsrolle verbindest du Fachwissen, Entscheidungssicherheit und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen. So leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, dass Leistungen korrekt beurteilt, Mittel wirksam eingesetzt und die Interessen der CSS und ihrer Versicherten geschützt werden.

So sieht dein Alltag aus ##

  • Zum Herzstück: Du sorgst dafür, dass Leistungs- und Schadenfälle, Rechnungen und Tarife systematisch geprüft und unkorrekte, unwirtschaftliche oder missbräuchliche Forderungen sauber bearbeitet werden.
  • Verdachtsfälle priorisierst du, klärst sie strukturiert ab und leitest die nötigen Schritte gemeinsam mit internen Fachstellen und externen Partnern ein.
  • Im Alltag steuerst du die operativen Ziele im Bereich WP-BVM und greifst ein, wenn Korrekturen bei Qualität, Prioritäten oder Ressourcen nötig sind.
  • Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und externe Stellen berätst du bei Fragen rund um Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung sowie Missbrauchs- und Betrugsbekämpfung.
  • Aus Einzelfällen, Hinweisen und Datenanalysen erkennst du Muster und entwickelst daraus wirksame Ansätze für die weitere Fallbearbeitung.
  • Mit sauberer Dokumentation, verlässlichen Statistiken und regelmässigem Reporting schaffst du Transparenz über Nutzen und Wirkung der WP-BVM-Tätigkeit.

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit und führst klar, reflektiert und mit Coaching-Kompetenz.
  • In deinem Erfahrungsrucksack steckt fundierte Praxis in der Missbrauchs-, Betrugs- oder Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung - idealerweise im Versicherungsumfeld oder in einem kriminalistischen, juristischen oder medizinischen Kontext.
  • Mit rechtlichen Fragestellungen gehst du sicher um und kennst die relevanten Grundlagen im Krankenversicherungs-, Sozialversicherungs-, Zivil- und Strafrecht.
  • Analytisches Denken gehört zu deinen Stärken, und mit Excel, Word, PowerPoint sowie passenden Analysetools arbeitest du sicher.
  • Du entscheidest lösungsorientiert, setzt klare Prioritäten und gehst Optimierungen aus eigener Initiative an.
  • In Deutsch und/oder Französisch drückst du dich mündlich und schriftlich gut aus. Italienisch, Englisch oder ein bestehendes Netzwerk im Fraud-Management sind ein Plus.
