  • Welcome newly admitted online undergraduate learners and support the orientation process for this learner population, including proactive outreach by phone and email to answer questions and help learners begin successfully.
  • Manage and respond to Salesforce cases and the general CSU Advising Team email inbox related to online credit-bearing courses, ensuring timely, accurate, and learner-centered communication.
  • Track and maintain data related to learners who complete the Tentative Transfer Evaluation process and support other data-tracking activities related to learner retention and matriculation.
  • Collaborate with the advising team on learner support and advising initiatives and contribute to evolving responsibilities as strategic priorities, learner needs, and operational requirements change.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Pre-employment criminal background check (for new hires).
  • Valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain a driver’s license, or access to a licensed driver by the employment start date.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
