Position Overview

As Receptionist, you will be the first point-of-contact for customers, vendors and business partners visiting or calling our Corporate Offices.

Job Description

Location: 10 Optical Drive, Keene, NH

Hours: Part-Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
  • Contact individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using interoffice communication equipment or email
  • Relay or route written or verbal messages.
  • Perform various data entry or word processing tasks, such as updating phone directories
  • Route emergency and routine calls appropriately.
  • Travel Required: No

Environment

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills

  • Special Skills : Must be familiar with data entry and be acquainted with Microsoft Office Programs (Basic Level Proficiency required in Outlook, Excel, Word).

Years Of Experience

  • 1-2 : Customer service related work experience required, preferably in a receptionist position. Knowledge and experience with multi-phone line system.

Qualifications

Associate Degree - Business, General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies
