CTC AG ist Teil der schwedischen NIBE Group und spezialisiert auf innovative, energieeffiziente Heizlösungen. Für unseren Standort in ZH suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fachspezialist/in Payroll, HR \& Finance 80 % (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Payroll \& HR (ca. 50%)

  • Lohnwesen inkl. Sozialversicherungen und Jahresabschluss für unsere rund 50 Mitarbeitenden
  • Personaladministration von A \- Z (On\-/Offboarding, Unfall\-, Krank\- und EO\-Meldungen etc.)
  • Erstellen von HR\-Kennzahlen, Statistiken und Auswertungen, inkl. Reporting für den Mutterkonzern
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften bei Fragen zu Lohn und Sozialversicherungen
  • Mitwirkung bei diversen HR\-Projekten sowie Weiterentwicklung von standardisierten HR\-Prozessen

Finance (ca. 30%)

  • Mitarbeit in der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei Monats\-/Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Pflege und Abstimmung von Stammdaten sowie Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Mitwirkung bei diversen Finanz\-Projekten sowie Weiterentwicklung von standardisierten Finanz\-Prozessen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung als Payroll\-Spezialist/in oder Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Lohnwesen und in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Abacus von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Exakte, effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
