Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kunden sowie professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Offerten und Preislisten sowie Pflege der kundenspezifischen Konditionen
  • Unterstützung des Sales Teams durch die Aufbereitung von Marktdaten, Kundendossiers und Präsentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Digital Marketing bei Lead\-Qualifizierung, Verarbeitung und Reporting
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung von Kundenverträgen, Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen und Vertragszusätzen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Preisanpassungen sowie Unterstützung bei Preis\- und Discountthemen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Kundendaten in CRM\- und ERP\-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Kundenmeetings sowie internen und externen Veranstaltungen
  • Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Finance sowie externen Partnern und Kunden

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung im Bereich Sales und/oder Marketing\-Management
  • Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Sales Support oder in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Interesse an einem technischen B2B\-Umfeld, idealerweise an Laborrobotik und der Automatisierung analytischer Prozesse
  • Bereitschaft, dir Wissen über unsere Produkte, Lösungen und Märkte aufzubauen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Organisations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
