Projectleider Machinebouw

Die de projecten administratief, financieel en planningsgewijs begeleidt in nauwe samenwerking met de verschillende stakeholders .

Daarvoor sta je in contact met verschillende partijen:

Voor de klant ben je vast aanspreekpunt en je regelt samen met hem de praktische kant. Je maakt de projectplanning, volgt de financiële kant op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je houdt de klant voortdurend en proactief op de hoogte van de stand van zaken van het project.

Intern binnen Cteso stem je met iedereen af: o met de engineering manager over de planning van het design, de programmatie en de voortgang ervan o met de productiemanager over de planning van de productie, transport, opbouw bij de klant enz. en eveneens over de voortgang hiervan o extra klantvragen bespreek je met sales zodat er een juiste prijszetting kan gebeuren. o de inkoper informeer je over de timings van het project en hier volg je levertermijnen van bestellingen mee op o de financiële afdeling informeer je over gemaakte betaalafspraken.

Je rapporteert aan de projectmanager over (je analyse van) budgetten, de (verschuivingen in de) planning en goedgekeurde facturen. Je stemt af over eventuele issues. Met andere betrokken partijen bespreek je de planning, aanpak enz. en stuur je bij waar nodig.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Wij zoeken een ervaren projectleider met een technisch diploma en een bachelor denkniveau
  • Een door techniek gepassioneerde collega met een brede kennis (mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek,...)
  • Je houdt ervan het aanspreekpunt te zijn voor de klanten en proactief met hen mee te denken in een voortdurend transparante communicatie
  • Plannen en opvolgen zijn dingen waar je energie van krijgt
  • Overleggen met collega's, input vragen en terugkoppelen vind je vanzelfsprekend
