Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die erste Stimme, die unsere zukünftigen Kunden hören – und öffnest als Hunter die Türen für erfolgreiche Abschlüsse.

  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden im deutschen Mittelstand (insb. SAP-Anwender, ca. 200 - 5.000 MA) und sprichst die richtigen Entscheider an: vom IT-Leiter bis zum CFO
  • Dafür erarbeitest du dir täglich neue Kontakte über LinkedIn, Dealfront oder Webseiten – und greifst zum Hörer
  • Auch deine Kundenansprache per Mail & LinkedIn-Nachricht überzeugt: persönlich, prägnant und mit echtem Mehrwert
  • Du führst ggf. erste Pitch-Termine durch, qualifizierst Leads nach klaren Kriterien und übergibst qualifizierte Termine an unsere Key Account Manager
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Head of Sales und den KAM zusammen, lernst von ihnen und treibst eigene Ideen voran
  • Nicht zuletzt dokumentierst du alles sauber in HubSpot – damit wir aus jedem Lead lernen können

Deine Qualifikationen

In dir brennt ein waschechter Hunter - Outbound ist dein Revier, Cold Calling ist dein Werkzeug & Ablehnung nimmst du sportlich.

  • Du verstehst, wie Mittelstand tickt – und du redest mit einem CFO anders als mit einem SAP-Basis-Admin
  • Perfect Match for Sales: deine Affinität für KI-Themen & unsere Lösungen für KI-gestützte Dokumentenverarbeitung
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen gesammelt im…Vertrieb für B2B-Software oder SaaS, bspw. als SDR, BDR, Inside Sales oder im Vertriebsinnendienst SAP-Umfeld oder mit ERP- und/oder DMS-Themen
  • Auch mit HubSpot (o.ä. CRM), LinkedIn und Sequence-Tools (bspw. Smartreach, etc) hast du bereits gearbeitet
  • MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger oder BANT sind dir nicht fremd
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C2), Englisch (B2+) von Vorteil
