Voor onze klant met een sterke reputatie in de bedrijfswereld, zoeken we een ervaren Account Manager Verzekeringen.

Geen functie voor iemand die de sector nog moet ontdekken. Wel voor iemand die verzekeringen kent, maturiteit meebrengt en op een natuurlijke manier vertrouwen opbouwt bij ondernemers, zaakvoerders en directieleden.

Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar kwaliteit belangrijker is dan volume. Waar je niet alleen wordt beoordeeld op cijfers, maar ook op de manier waarop je klanten begeleidt, relaties verdiept en duurzame samenwerkingen opbouwt.

Concreet:

  • Je beheert en adviseert ondernemingsklanten op een professionele en persoonlijke manier.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties uit met ondernemers, zaakvoerders en beslissingsnemers.
  • Je denkt mee over verzekeringsoplossingen op maat van het bedrijf.
  • Je herkent commerciële kansen binnen je portefeuille en via je eigen netwerk.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het kantoor op netwerkevents en in de regio.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren backoffice, zodat jij je kan focussen op advies en relatiebeheer.
  • Je bent een klankbord voor klanten bij complexere risico’s of strategische keuzes.

Je krijgt dus geen strak afgelijnde salesfunctie waarin je vooral moet jagen. Wel een functie waarin je jouw ervaring, netwerk en commerciële voeling kan inzetten op een manier die natuurlijk en professioneel aanvoelt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al stevig in de verzekeringswereld staat.

Je kent de sector, begrijpt hoe ondernemingsklanten denken en voelt goed aan hoe je vertrouwen opbouwt op langere termijn. Je hoeft niet de luidste persoon in de kamer te zijn. Wel iemand die geloofwaardig overkomt, goed luistert en advies geeft dat klopt.

Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen verzekeringen, bij voorkeur met ondernemingsklanten.
  • Je hebt commerciële maturiteit en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met ondernemers en directieleden.
  • Je beschikt over een eigen netwerk of weet hoe je op een natuurlijke manier professionele relaties uitbouwt.
  • Je denkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag en kijkt mee naar de risico’s van morgen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar vindt overleg met collega’s en backoffice even belangrijk.

Ervaring, maturiteit en vertrouwen zijn hier belangrijker dan een perfecte checklist.
