The posting

Onze klant is een internationale groep met hoofdkwartier in Duistland. Ze zijn in België gevestigd in Vlaams-Brabant en zijn actief in de verkoop, installatie, onderhoud en (customer) service van zowel medische technologie als veiligheidstechnologie. Voor het onderdeel medical equipment zijn ze op zoek naar versterking van het service team specifiek voor regio Oost-Vlaanderen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als Logistic Support Medewerker versterk je een aankoopteam binnen een internationale organisatie met Duitse roots, actief in medische en veiligheidstechnologie voor onder meer ziekenhuizen, brandweer en industriële klanten.
  • Voor de afdeling Safety vraag je prijzen op bij leveranciers en maak je heldere prijsvergelijkingen, zodat het team snel en onderbouwd aankoopbeslissingen kan nemen.
  • Je maakt inkooporders aan, controleert orderbevestigingen en zorgt dat afspraken over aantallen, prijzen en levertermijnen correct verwerkt zijn.
  • De opvolging van leveringen ligt mee in jouw handen: je bewaakt de voortgang, signaleert vertragingen en stemt tijdig af met leveranciers en interne collega’s.
  • Artikel- en leveranciersgegevens houd je nauwkeurig up-to-date in de administratieve systemen. Zo kunnen aankoop, stockbeheer en service rekenen op betrouwbare informatie.
  • Je controleert stocklijsten, onderzoekt afwijkingen en corrigeert gegevens waar nodig. Jouw werk helpt om tekorten, fouten en onnodige voorraad te beperken.
  • Ook leveranciersbeoordelingen behoren tot je takenpakket. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie en vertaalt die naar een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Een bachelordiploma is mooi meegenomen; relevante ervaring als aankoopmedewerker, administratief medewerker of procurement support medewerker kan die achtergrond ook vervangen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid staat centraal in deze job: je werkt graag gestructureerd, controleert details en houdt verschillende opvolgpunten overzichtelijk bij.
  • Je werkt vlot met moderne IT-tools en hebt een goede kennis van Excel en SAP. Nieuwe systemen maak je je stap voor stap eigen.
  • Voor contacten met collega’s en leveranciers spreek je vlot Nederlands en Engels. Een goede basiskennis Frans helpt je om ook in meertalige situaties helder te communiceren.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar in je opvolging, stelt vragen wanneer informatie ontbreekt en communiceert tijdig wanneer een levering, order of stockgegeven aandacht vraagt.
