Als Adviseur verzekeringen ben je een cruciale schakel in het beheren en optimaliseren van de verzekeringsportefeuille. Je zorgt voor de nauwkeurige verwerking van polissen, houdt de administratie up-to-date en ondersteunt het team met jouw expertise. Ook houd je commerciële klantengesprekken. Tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden behoren:

  • Het beheren van verzekeringsdossiers en polissen.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met tussenpersonen van verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen en het bieden van ondersteuning aan klanten.
  • Het analyseren en verbeteren van administratieve processen.
  • Je bent een onmisbare brug tussen de klant en de verzekeraar en zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde dienstverlening.
  • Je begint met dossiers binnen BOAR, maar je kan je op termijn ontwikkelen richting levensverzekeringen en/of schadedossiers.

Als Adviseur Verzekeringen kan je je herkennen in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Een bacheloropleiding in een economische richting.
  • 2-3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vaardigheid in het gebruik van Brio en MS Office.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en klantgerichtheid.
