Dit bank- en verzekeringskantoor combineert een warme, stabiele werkomgeving met een duidelijke goesting om samen vooruit te gaan. Jobomschrijving

  • Als adviseur verzekeringen help je particulieren en een aantal zelfstandigen aan oplossingen die passen bij hun situatie, met aandacht voor duidelijk advies en langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Je bespreekt verzekeringsbehoeften tijdens geplande afspraken en vertaalt vragen naar concrete voorstellen, zonder koude prospectie of opdringerige verkoop.
  • De dagelijkse werking is breed: van productie en polisopmaak tot administratieve opvolging en schadebeheer. Zo krijg je een volledig beeld van het verzekeringsvak.
  • Levensverzekeringen kunnen op termijn deel worden van je takenpakket. Heb je hier al interesse in, dan is dat mooi meegenomen; je hoeft niet alles bij de start te beheersen.
  • Met ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s leer je de producten, systemen en werkwijze stap voor stap kennen. De interne opleiding wordt praktisch opgebouwd rond echte klantendossiers.
  • Je werkt samen in een stabiel bank- en verzekeringskantoor waar collega’s elkaar kennen, kennis delen en samen vooruit willen. Een pensionering zorgt voor ruimte om een nieuwe collega duurzaam in te werken.
  • Vanuit de nieuwe kantooromgeving in Grote Spouwen draag je als verzekeringsspecialist rechtstreeks bij aan heldere klantenservice en een vlotte afhandeling van elk dossier.
  • Een diploma of specifieke opleiding in verzekeringen is niet vereist. Interesse in financiële dienstverlening, bereidheid om bij te leren en een leergierige houding wegen zwaarder.
  • Ervaring als verzekeringsadviseur, administratief medewerker of klantenbegeleider is welkom, maar kandidaten met 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring krijgen eveneens een realistische instapkans.
  • Je communiceert vriendelijk, helder en verzorgd. Klanten moeten voelen dat hun vraag ernstig wordt genomen en dat je informatie begrijpelijk kunt uitleggen.
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid zijn belangrijk bij polissen, aanvragen en schadegegevens. Je houdt overzicht zonder het persoonlijke contact uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je past bij een toegankelijke, collegiale werkomgeving: sympathiek, betrouwbaar en bereid om samen te werken. Een commerciële ingesteldheid is niet het uitgangspunt; goed advies en vertrouwen staan voorop.
