Onze klant is een sterk lokaal verzekeringskantoor dat actief is in Lochristi en omgeving. Ze maken deel uit van een gevestigde groep, maar werken met een persoonlijke, zelfstandige aanpak. Het team staat gekend voor hun klantgerichtheid, expertise en warme, open werksfeer.

Jobomschrijving

Als Adviseur verzekeringen ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over schade, polissen en optimalisaties van hun verzekeringspakket. Je werkt autonoom en tegelijk sterk samen met je collega’s én de verzekeringsagent.

Wat doe je precies?

  • Je helpt klanten bij vragen over hun lopende of nieuwe verzekeringen.
  • Je maakt offertes en polissen op en verzorgt de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je analyseert de portefeuille van de klant en detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je beheert schadedossiers van A tot Z en onderhandelt waar nodig met experten en de maatschappij.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met je klanten, denkt proactief mee en zorgt voor correcte opvolging.

Je krijgt kortom de kans om zeer all-round aan de slag te gaan binnen dit verzekeringskantoor!

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld zonder opdringerig te zijn.
  • Klantgericht werken zit in je natuur.
  • Je hebt een goed administratief inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
