Voor een stabiel en menselijk verzekeringskantoor zoeken we een nieuwe collega die zich wil toeleggen op BOAR-verzekeringen voor particuliere klanten. Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar mensen elkaar kennen, helpen en graag samenwerken. De sfeer is warm, de lijnen zijn kort en je kan er open communiceren, ook met de zaakvoerders.

Dit is een omgeving waar jouw mening telt. Er wordt geluisterd naar voorstellen en initiatief wordt echt gewaardeerd. Geen harde commerciële druk dus, wel een kantoor waar correct advies, vertrouwen en klanten op een goede manier verder helpen centraal staan.

Je start in een functie met focus op particuliere dossiers. Op termijn is er ruimte om verder te groeien richting ondernemingen, als je dat zelf wil, maar dat is zeker geen must. Ze zoeken vooral iemand die zich goed voelt in een functie met klantencontact, dossieropvolging en nauwe samenwerking met collega’s.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Bediende Verzekeringen ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun verzekeringen. Je volgt dossiers op, verwerkt administratie correct en zorgt ervoor dat klanten op een duidelijke en vriendelijke manier geholpen worden.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • je beheert verzekeringsdossiers van particuliere klanten
  • je helpt klanten verder met vragen rond BOAR-verzekeringen
  • je verwerkt wijzigingen, aanvragen en administratieve opvolging correct
  • je hebt regelmatig telefonisch contact met klanten
  • je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte opvolging
  • je denkt mee met de klant en stelt de juiste vragen
  • je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het kantoor

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag samenwerkt, helder communiceert en maturiteit brengt in de aanpak van dossiers en klantcontact.

Belangrijk in deze functie:

  • je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in verzekeringen
  • je communiceert vlot, vriendelijk en professioneel
  • je kan goed luisteren en durft doorvragen
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • je brengt rust en maturiteit in je aanpak
  • je bent stipt, loyaal en collegiaal
  • je hebt een digitale mindset

Je past hier het best als je graag deel uitmaakt van een team, open communiceert en energie krijgt van collega’s die elkaar ondersteunen. Ook iemand die meedenkt en zelf met voorstellen komt, zal zich hier goed voelen
