  • Als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker Verzekeringen ondersteun je commerciële collega’s bij het dagelijkse beheer van verzekeringsdossiers voor particulieren en zelfstandigen.
  • Offertes opstellen, informatie verzamelen en contacten onderhouden met verschillende verzekeringsmaatschappijen vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat klanten tijdig duidelijke informatie ontvangen.
  • Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht met vragen over hun verzekeringen. Je luistert aandachtig, brengt hun behoefte helder in kaart en zoekt samen met collega’s naar een passende oplossing.
  • Dankzij jouw administratieve opvolging krijgen commerciële collega’s de ruimte om zich op klantenrelaties en advies te concentreren.
  • Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Bonheiden en hebt contact met collega’s uit verschillende kantoren in de regio. Zo leer je snel bij en krijg je een brede kijk op de verzekeringswereld.
  • Als verzekeringsmedewerker krijg je begeleiding op de werkvloer, bouw je stap voor stap zelfstandigheid op en ontdek je welke richting binnen de organisatie het best bij je past.
  • Een bacheloropleiding in Financiën en Verzekeringen is welkom. Ook met een andere relevante achtergrond en een sterke motivatie voor verzekeringen kom je in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens twee jaar ervaring met productiebeheer binnen verzekeringen, of je beschikt over een vergelijkbare basis waarmee je snel dossiers en procedures leert kennen.
  • De PCP-attesten zijn vereist om klanten en dossiers op een correcte en professionele manier te kunnen opvolgen.
  • Heldere communicatie, nauwkeurigheid en een klantgerichte houding helpen je om complexe vragen begrijpelijk te maken en afspraken goed op te volgen.
  • Je werkt graag samen, neemt initiatief wanneer je kansen ziet en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk aandacht vragen. Een gezonde dosis humor maakt je bovendien een fijne collega.
