Jobomschrijving

Maak jij van elke klant een echte ambassadeur?

  • Je begeleidt particuliere klanten van begin tot eind bij hun keuze voor ramen en deuren (PVC, aluminium of hout), met deskundig advies en veel oog voor detail
  • Deze klanten ontvang je thuis of in de ruime, moderne toonzaal van onze klant in Leuven
  • Samen met het team sta je in voor een warme en professionele permanentie in de toonzaal
  • Leads worden intern aangeleverd: jij pakt ze met veel enthousiasme op en werkt ze persoonlijk verder uit (geen cold calling!)
  • Je voert de eerste technische opmetingen uit bij de klant
  • Klanten kunnen op jou rekenen, je stelt de offerte op en bespreekt deze zorgvuldig in de toonzaal.
  • Je volgt elk dossier nauwgezet op, van offerte tot het afsluiten van de verkoopovereenkomst
  • Je werkt efficiënt met een rekenprogramma van de leveranciers, houdt je administratie up-to-date en bereidt elk dossier zorgvuldig voor voor de technische dienst
  • Je plant je agenda zelfstandig in en werkt voornamelijk van dinsdag tot zaterdag tussen 9u en 18u (met glijdende uren)

Wil jij je commerciële skills inzetten in een dynamisch team?

  • Je hebt een eerste commerciële ervaring achter de rug, bij voorkeur in B2C ramen en deuren
  • Verkopen én adviseren gaan bij jou hand in hand: je denkt mee met de klant, zonder hard sales aanpak
  • Je hebt een grote affiniteit met bouwen, verbouwen en techniek
  • Je beschikt over een uitgebreid netwerk en hebt een verzorgd voorkomen
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en met een klantgerichte mindset
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht, stelt de klant centraal en kan zelfstandig je plan trekken
  • Flexibiliteit vind je fijn, en werken op zaterdag (in een 5-dagenweek) is voor jou geen probleem
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en kan overweg met het Officepakket (ervaring met rekenprogramma’s of CRM-systemen is een plus)
