Ben jij iemand die graag met mensen werkt, commercieel ingesteld is en energie krijgt van het opbouwen van sterke klantenrelaties?

Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring in een commerciële omgeving en ben je klaar voor een volgende stap? Of heb je al ervaring binnen de financiële sector en wil je je verder verdiepen in beleggingen?

Dan is dit misschien wel de uitdaging waar je naar op zoek bent.

Voor een sterk verankerd kantoor zoeken we een Commercieel Adviseur Beleggingen die mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen, kennis delen en samen streven naar een uitstekende klantenbeleving. Er is veel ervaring aanwezig binnen het kantoor, waardoor je de kans krijgt om stap voor stap verder te groeien in het beleggingsverhaal.

Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit?

Je wordt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond sparen en beleggen.

Je bouwt duurzame relaties op, denkt mee met klanten en helpt hen bij het maken van financiële keuzes die aansluiten bij hun persoonlijke situatie en toekomstplannen.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het adviseren van klanten rond spaar- en beleggingsoplossingen.
  • Het beheren en verder uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille.
  • Het voeren van kwalitatieve adviesgesprekken.
  • Het proactief contacteren van klanten via geplande belmomenten.
  • Het opvolgen van commerciële opportuniteiten en leads.
  • Het detecteren van bijkomende behoeften en opportuniteiten.
  • Het samenwerken met collega's om klanten optimaal te begeleiden.
  • Het stelselmatig verder uitbouwen van je kennis binnen beleggingen.

Je hoeft dus niet zelf op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe klanten via koude prospectie. Je werkt voornamelijk op bestaande relaties, warme contacten en commerciële opportuniteiten binnen het kantoor.

Wie ben jij?

Voor deze functie kijken we vooral naar persoonlijkheid, maturiteit en commerciële vaardigheden.

Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk jarenlang ervaring binnen beleggingen te hebben. Veel belangrijker is dat je klanten vertrouwen geeft en op een professionele manier relaties kan opbouwen.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren commerciële ervaring in het bankwezen
  • Je bent spontaan en communiceert vlot met verschillende types mensen.
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en klanten proactief contacteren.
  • Je straalt vertrouwen en maturiteit uit.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld zonder opdringerig te zijn.
  • Je werkt graag doelgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent eerder een doener dan iemand die veel belooft zonder actie te ondernemen.
