Onze klant telt zo’n 300 medewerkers en is gespecialiseerd in de distributie van voedingsmiddelen onder gecontroleerde temperaturen, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij dé persoon die klanten met een glimlach verder helpt! Je houdt van contact met mensen, denkt graag mee en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en problemen snel en correct worden opgevolgd. Samen met je collega’s zorg je elke dag voor tevreden klanten.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je beantwoordt klantenvragen via mail en andere kanalen en helpt hen met plezier verder.
  • Je verwerkt orders, klachten en retours en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Je volgt klantverzoeken op van A tot Z en verliest daarbij geen details uit het oog.
  • Je schakelt vlot met collega’s van andere afdelingen om samen tot de beste oplossing te komen.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes in het systeem staat.
  • Je denkt graag een stapje vooruit en ziet kansen om de service nóg beter te maken.

Kortom: een gevarieerde functie waarin klantencontact, teamwork en een flinke dosis talenkennis centraal staan!

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag met klanten werkt, vlot communiceert en ervoor zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan zit je misschien wel helemaal op je plek!

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Duits. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen!
  • Je helpt klanten met plezier verder en denkt graag mee om tot de beste oplossing te komen.
  • Ook op drukke momenten houd je het hoofd koel en werk je efficiënt verder.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s, maar kunt ook perfect zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • MS Office heeft voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes wordt opgevolgd.
