Jobomschrijving

Als Dispatcher Nacht in Ninove ben jij de spil tussen planning, chauffeurs en klanten tijdens de nachtelijke transportoperatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse leveringen efficiënt, correct en tijdig verlopen, met extra aandacht voor kwaliteit, service en continuïteit.

In deze rol combineer je planning, administratie en communicatie. Je volgt transportstromen op, schakelt snel bij onverwachte wijzigingen en bewaakt belangrijke operationele gegevens zoals schema’s en temperatuurinformatie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en rust onder druk essentieel zijn.

  • Plannen en opvolgen van transportroutes voor een vloot van ongeveer 50 chauffeurs.
  • Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten tijdens de nachtshift.
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en bijsturen waar nodig om de levering vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Controleren en registreren van transportgegevens, waaronder schema’s en temperatuurinformatie.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke, correcte en tijdige administratieve opvolging.
  • Meewerken aan een efficiënte, collegiale en servicegerichte werkomgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een sterke interesse in logistiek en transport, aangevuld met een praktische, oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid. Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben, maar je moet wel zelfstandig kunnen werken, snel kunnen schakelen en correct blijven handelen in een nachtelijke omgeving.

  • 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in dispatching, transportplanning, logistiek of als chauffeur.
  • Affiniteit met transport, vrachtwagens en operationele coördinatie.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Klantgerichte en proactieve houding, met focus op oplossingen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een nachtregime van 3:30 tot 11:38, inclusief weekenddiensten.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de flexibiliteit om onverwachte situaties professioneel op te vangen.
