The posting

In deze functie is de E&I Technieker verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt functioneren van de productie-installaties. De werkzaamheden omvatten elektrische installaties, procesinstrumentatie en automatisatiesystemen.

De technieker komt terecht in een moderne en sterk gereguleerde omgeving waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Technische expertise en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak maken daarbij een zichtbaar verschil in de dagelijkse werking van de productie.

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties, sensoren, transmitters, regelkleppen en automatisatiecomponenten.
  • Analyseren, lokaliseren en oplossen van E&I-storingen om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Kalibreren en valideren van meet- en regelinstrumenten volgens de geldende GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische modificaties en meewerken aan verbeterprojecten binnen bestaande installaties, onder andere op het vlak van PLC- en DCS-systemen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de commissioning van nieuwe apparatuur en technische systemen.
  • Correct registreren en up-to-date houden van technische documentatie en onderhoudsgegevens, onder meer in SAP.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega-techniekers, productie en engineering om de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te waarborgen.
  • Deelnemen aan de wachtdienst volgens een rotatiesysteem.
  • Een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit, meet- en regeltechniek of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een chemische, farmaceutische of andere procesomgeving; dit is een sterke troef.
  • Een goede technische kennis van instrumentatie, industriële elektriciteit en automatisatie.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met ATEX, GMP, veiligheidsprocedures en technische schema's.
  • Een nauwkeurige, veilige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan de wachtdienst.
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
