Onze klant is op zoek naar een External Sales Advisor Industry in provincie Antwerpen. In deze rol ben je de commerciële spil tussen klanten en de interne organisatie. Je beheert en ontwikkelt een toegewezen klantenportefeuille binnen de industriële markt, met aandacht voor duurzame relaties, verdere groei en een sterke servicebeleving.

Je combineert prospectie met een nauwkeurige behoeftenanalyse en zet technische vragen om in doordachte oplossingen en services. Daarbij volg je offertes en projecten zorgvuldig op, ondersteun je de commerciële binnendienst en zorg je ervoor dat klantvragen snel en professioneel worden behandeld.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties;
  • het opsporen van commerciële opportuniteiten en nieuw marktpotentieel;
  • het actief voorstellen van producten, oplossingen en diensten op maat;
  • het opvolgen van offertes, bestellingen en lopende projecten van A tot Z;
  • het toepassen van cross-selling en het communiceren van commerciële acties en incentives;
  • het correct bijwerken van CRM-gegevens en het mee optimaliseren van salesprocessen;
  • het bijdragen aan teamdoelstellingen rond omzet, brutomarge en groei;
  • het actief promoten en mee ondersteunen van klantenevenementen en opleidingen;
  • het onderhouden van een vlotte samenwerking met interne sales en specialisten.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar technische expertise, snelle service en een klantgerichte aanpak centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om je productkennis verder uit te bouwen via opleidingen en interne kennisplatformen, zodat je klanten steeds met meer vertrouwen en impact kan adviseren.

Onze klant is op zoek naar een kandidaat met een commerciële ingesteldheid en een technische basis, bij voorkeur in elektriciteit of een gelijkaardige richting. Je hebt idealiter 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of technische omgeving en je voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin klantencontact, opvolging en resultaatgericht werken centraal staan.

We verwachten dat je:

  • technisch opgeleid bent, bij voorkeur met kennis van elektriciteit;
  • interesse of ervaring hebt in de industry-sector;
  • commercieel ingesteld bent en spontaan kansen herkent;
  • klant- en servicegericht werkt, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en snelheid;
  • proactief, dynamisch en leergierig bent;
  • sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden hebt;
  • vlot Nederlands spreekt en een goede kennis van het Frans hebt;
  • vlot overweg kan met CRM-tools en administratieve opvolging;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed functioneert binnen een team;
  • bereid bent om producttrainingen en interne opleidingen te volgen.

Een gezonde commerciële drive, nauwkeurigheid en de motivatie om klanten echt verder te helpen, maken van jou een sterke match voor deze rol in de provincie Antwerpen.
