Als Innovation & Energy Manager analyseer je de prestaties van HVAC-installaties en werk je concrete voorstellen uit om het energieverbruik te verlagen. Je combineert data-analyse met technische opvolging en overleg met verschillende betrokken partijen.

  • Je analyseert energieverbruik, kosten en technische prestaties en vertaalt je bevindingen naar concrete verbetermaatregelen.
  • Je voert energieaudits uit en volgt verbruiksgegevens op om besparingsmogelijkheden te identificeren en resultaten te evalueren.
  • Je onderzoekt nieuwe HVAC-technologieën, monitoringoplossingen en duurzame technieken en bekijkt hoe deze praktisch kunnen worden toegepast.
  • Je coördineert energie-efficiëntieprojecten in samenwerking met onderhoudsteams, management, leveranciers en externe aannemers.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering van verbetermaatregelen op en stuurt bij waar nodig om de energieprestaties van installaties te optimaliseren.
  • Je stelt rapporten en technische adviezen op en licht je bevindingen toe aan klanten en collega's.
  • Je volgt relevante energie- en milieuwetgeving op en vertaalt nieuwe ontwikkelingen naar praktische aanbevelingen.
  • Je combineert klantenbezoeken met analyse, rapportage en overleg vanuit de kantoorlocatie in Brussel.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en interesse in energiebeheer, HVAC en duurzame technologieën. Je kunt gegevens analyseren, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet technische inzichten te vertalen naar haalbare verbeteringen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of energiebeheer, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen HVAC, energiebeheer, technische installaties, energieaudits of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je kunt energiegegevens, kosten en technische prestaties analyseren en omzetten naar concrete acties.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische gesprekspartners en werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en externe partners.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Je hebt interesse in innovatie en duurzaamheid en houdt rekening met veiligheid, regelgeving en het comfort van gebouwgebruikers.
