Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker sta je in voor de kwaliteitscontrole van geproduceerde onderdelen. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je controleert onderdelen met moderne 3D-meetmachines en professionele meetapparatuur, zodat elk afgewerkt stuk aan de technische specificaties voldoet.
  • Je stelt meetprogramma's op voor nieuwe producten en analyseert de meetresultaten. Bij afwijkingen onderzoek je samen met collega's de oorzaak en bepaal je de nodige opvolging.
  • Je voert ingangscontroles uit op aangeleverde materialen en beheert de beschikbare meetgereedschappen en bijhorende administratie.
  • Je controleert en kalibreert meetgereedschappen volgens de vooropgestelde planning, zodat steeds met betrouwbare meetmiddelen wordt gewerkt.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieleider en kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken en stemt hiervoor regelmatig af met collega's uit productie, engineering en kwaliteit.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een technische achtergrond en een sterke interesse in kwaliteit en precisiewerk.

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of een eerste ervaring binnen een metaalverwerkende productieomgeving. Een bachelor in de industriële productietechnologie is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met meetgereedschappen, technische tekeningen of 3D-metingen. Een sterke technische interesse is eveneens een goede basis om de nodige kennis intern aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail, ook bij repetitieve controles.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt afwijkingen herkennen, onderzoeken en helder bespreken met collega's.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en communiceert vlot met de werkvloer.
