Hoe zorg jij ervoor dat plannen werkelijkheid worden?

  • Voer nauwkeurige terreinmetingen uit ter voorbereiding van infrastructuurwerken in Zaventem en verwerk de meetgegevens gestructureerd.
  • Zet assen, niveaus, constructies en andere infrastructuurelementen uit, zodat de uitvoering correct volgens plan kan verlopen.
  • Controleer de gerealiseerde werken met behulp van opmetingen en kwaliteitsmetingen en signaleer afwijkingen tijdig.
  • Verwerk meetresultaten in de beschikbare landmeetkundige software en stel duidelijke meetrapporten en as-builtgegevens op.
  • Ondersteun werfleiders, projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders bij de interpretatie van plannen, technische gegevens en ontwerpen.
  • Denk op het terrein mee over praktische oplossingen wanneer metingen, plannen of de uitvoeringssituatie niet volledig op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Werk samen met interne technische teams, studiebureaus en externe partners om betrouwbare informatie aan te leveren voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering.

Ben jij technisch sterk en organisatorisch goed onderlegd?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring met terreinmetingen, uitzetwerk of technische opvolging binnen infrastructuur-, wegenbouw- of civiele projecten.
  • Nauwkeurig werken met meetapparatuur, plannen en digitale gegevens is voor jou vanzelfsprekend; kennis van landmeetkundige software is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert helder met collega’s op de werf en op kantoor, omdat correcte informatie-uitwisseling essentieel is voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, leergierige ingesteldheid en het vermogen om afwijkingen zelfstandig te signaleren helpen je om snel waarde toe te voegen in een complex project.
