Het voert zowel grote als kleinere projecten uit voor openbare besturen en privébedrijven, en is daarbij vooral gericht op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en een goede uitvoering van de werken.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als landmeter zorg je ervoor dat wegenis- en rioleringswerken correct worden uitgevoerd: je zet meetgegevens uit, materialiseert ze op het terrein en bewaakt de topografische nauwkeurigheid van de projecten.
  • Je volgt meerdere projecten op vanuit de werfcontext en vormt daarbij een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Op basis van terreinmetingen, bestaande toestanden en plaatsbeschrijvingen werk je betrouwbare gegevens uit voor omgevingsaanleg en infrastructuurwerken, zowel in X-, Y- als Z-coördinaten.
  • De as-builtplannen worden door jou zorgvuldig opgesteld, zodat de gerealiseerde situatie correct wordt gedocumenteerd en bruikbaar blijft voor opdrachtgevers en verdere opvolging.
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor topografie beantwoord je vragen van het bestuur en stem je technische informatie af met werf- en projectleiders.
  • Je analyseert dossiers methodisch, controleert meetresultaten en signaleert afwijkingen tijdig om fouten, vertragingen en extra werk op de werf te beperken.
  • Je werkt binnen een bouworganisatie die infrastructuur- en constructieprojecten combineert met gespecialiseerde teams. In een open, professionele en collegiale werkomgeving krijg je ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te bouwen aan continue verbetering.
  • Een opleiding in geomatica en landmeetkunde of industriële wetenschappen vormt een sterke basis. Een masterdiploma is bij voorkeur aanwezig, maar relevante ervaring en competenties worden eveneens gewaardeerd.
  • Je brengt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee als landmeter, landmeetkundige of in een vergelijkbare technische functie binnen infrastructuur, bouw of omgevingsaanleg.
  • Een VCA-VOL-attest is vereist om veilig en verantwoord te kunnen werken in de werfomgeving.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, stiptheid en een analytische werkwijze zijn essentieel: je verwerkt meetgegevens zorgvuldig en behoudt overzicht over verschillende dossiers en deadlines.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, communiceert vlot met verschillende betrokkenen en gebruikt MS Office zonder moeite. Die combinatie helpt je om technische informatie duidelijk af te stemmen en efficiënt samen te werken met werf- en projectleiders.
