The posting

Onze klant is een Europese specialist in transport en logistiek voor voedingsmiddelen onder gecontroleerde temperatuur. Vanuit Oostkamp zorg je samen met zo’n 300 collega’s voor een vlotte distributie in binnen- en buitenland.

Jobomschrijving

Als loketbediende transport maak je deel uit van het transportteam. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs wanneer ze terugkomen van hun rit en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten correct en volledig verwerkt worden.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je controleert de chauffeursdocumenten op volledigheid en juistheid.
  • Je controleert onder andere de pallettenruil en temperatuurregistratie.
  • Je koppelt eventuele afwijkingen terug naar de verantwoordelijke van de eigen chauffeurs en de transportmanagers van onderaannemers.
  • Je bent vaak de eerste persoon die de chauffeur ziet bij aankomst en zorgt voor een vlotte ontvangst.
  • Je helpt chauffeurs bij het correct registreren van pallettenruil en temperaturen.
  • Je bouwt een goede relatie op met chauffeurs en hebt snel door wanneer er problemen of aandachtspunten zijn.
  • Je controleert steekproefsgewijs de geloste palletten van externe chauffeurs op de laadkaaien.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van documenten van onderaannemers en stockageklanten.

We zoeken iemand die administratief sterk is, graag met mensen werkt en ook op drukke momenten het overzicht bewaart.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande puntjes?

  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring, liefst binnen logistiek of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van Frans en Engels. Een Oost-Europese taal is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent sociaal, empathisch en toegankelijk. Chauffeurs voelen zich gemakkelijk bij jou.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en blijft rustig wanneer het wat drukker wordt.
  • Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel: de ene week van 06.00 tot 14.00 uur, de andere week van 14.00 tot 22.00 uur.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw nauwkeurigheid en people skills maken het verschil!
