Als Maintenance & Reliability Engineer beheer en optimaliseer je de onderhoudsplannen van de verschillende installaties op de site. Je houdt daarbij rekening met de specifieke onderhoudsstrategie voor zowel rotating als static equipment en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct wordt verwerkt en opgevolgd in SAP.

  • Je beheert, volgt en optimaliseert de preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Je werkt met zowel rotating equipment, zoals motoren, pompen en andere draaiende installaties, als static equipment, waaronder bijvoorbeeld installaties binnen de waterzuivering.
  • Je bepaalt mee de juiste onderhoudsaanpak afhankelijk van het type installatie en de technische noden.
  • Je maakt onderhoudsplannen op en beheert deze in SAP.
  • Je bouwt de technische database verder uit en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderhoudsgegevens correct en up-to-date blijven.
  • Bij nieuwe projecten, installaties of uitbreidingen neem je het onderhoudsluik mee op en zorg je ervoor dat deze correct geïntegreerd worden in de bestaande onderhoudsstrategie.
  • Je organiseert en faciliteert onderhoudsreviews met de verschillende afdelingen om onderhoudsplannen kritisch te bekijken en verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt over een tiental verschillende afdelingen heen en hebt hierdoor regelmatig overleg en meetings met de verschillende technische en productieafdelingen.
  • Je volgt conditiemetingen van installaties op, analyseert de beschikbare data en gebruikt deze informatie om het predictief onderhoud bij te sturen.
  • Als Maintenance & Reliability Engineer ben je key-user van SAP voor het onderhoudsbeheer.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij het gebruik van SAP en geeft waar nodig opleiding.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onderhoudstechniekers, engineers, productieafdelingen en externe technische partners.
  • De functie is overwegend een bureaujob, maar door de vele contacten en meetings sta je dicht bij de technische installaties en de verschillende afdelingen op de site.

Voor de functie van Maintenance & Reliability Engineer zoeken we iemand die technische interesse combineert met een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken. Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk alle onderhoudsmethodieken al volledig te beheersen, maar je bent wel leergierig en wilt je hierin verder specialiseren.

  • Je beschikt over een master Industriële Wetenschappen, Elektromechanica of een andere relevante technische opleiding.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een industriële productie- of onderhoudsomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt interesse in preventief en predictief onderhoud, reliability en conditiebewaking.
  • Je begrijpt dat verschillende types installaties een andere onderhoudsstrategie vragen.
  • Je werkt graag met technische gegevens en vindt het interessant om metingen en onderhoudsdata te analyseren.
  • Kennis van een ERP- of onderhoudsbeheerssysteem is belangrijk.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt informatie op een gestructureerde manier beheren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je comfortabel om meetings met verschillende technische afdelingen te organiseren en te begeleiden.
  • Je werkt graag samen met zowel interne collega's als externe partners.
  • Je bent pragmatisch, neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit.
  • Nederlandse taalkennis is een must.
