Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van onderhouds- en beheercontracten.
  • Je bewaakt contractuele afspraken, service levels (SLA's) en KPI's en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert assetmanagementstrategieën en meerjarenonderhoudsplannen.
  • Je volgt budgetten, kosten en investeringen nauwgezet op en waakt over de rendabiliteit van de contracten.
  • Je stuurt een team van maintenancecoördinatoren aan en begeleidt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met klanten en fungeert als hun belangrijkste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande contracten en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties.
  • Je ondersteunt aanbestedingen en geïntegreerde technische projecten vanuit jouw expertise.
  • Je analyseert bestaande processen en werkt verbeterinitiatieven uit om de dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren.
  • Je stimuleert innovatie en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de maintenance-afdeling.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen maintenance, assetmanagement, contractmanagement of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Kennis van Asset Management (ISO 55000), DBFM-, PPS- of prestatiecontracten is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert een strategische visie met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt een goed financieel inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot, bouwt duurzame relaties op en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus te overtuigen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar initiatief en ondernemerschap worden gewaardeerd.
