  • Jij bent dé referentie als het gaat om innovatief en duurzaam grondbeheer. Grondbeheer, bodemsanering, bemaling of milieuvraagstukken? Jij weet waarover je spreekt en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s. Je deelt je kennis spontaan en helpt anderen vooruit. Want kennis is er om te delen!
  • Je houdt het overzicht over de verschillende grondstromen en weet als geen ander hoe je die efficiënt organiseert. Zie je ruimte voor verbetering? Dan wacht je niet af, maar neem je initiatief. Je denkt in oplossingen en maakt processen slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer.
  • Je kijkt verder dan vandaag. Nieuwe ontwikkelingen en trends, zowel in binnen- als buitenland, volg je op de voet. Je spot opportuniteiten, denkt vooruit en vertaalt interessante inzichten naar concrete acties die de organisatie klaarstomen voor de toekomst.

  • Een stevige basis: Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector. Je kent de sector en weet hoe het er in de praktijk aan toegaat.
