The posting

Voor onze klant in Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Inkoop. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat aankoop- en voorraadprocessen vlot verlopen en dat de juiste producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Hiervoor analyseer je voorraadniveaus, signaleer je bestelbehoeften en plaats je orders bij leveranciers. Daarbij bewaak je levertermijnen, minimumvoorraden en bestelhoeveelheden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bestellingen opvolgen betekent ook controleren of hoeveelheden, prijzen en leveringen kloppen. Bij tekorten, afwijkingen of foutieve leveringen onderneem je gericht actie.
  • In overleg met de leidinggevende bepaal je passende bestelparameters en anticipeer je op toekomstige aankoopbehoeften, zodat de voorraadplanning betrouwbaar blijft.
  • Je onderhoudt professionele contacten met leveranciers, vraagt transporten aan wanneer nodig en volgt gemaakte afspraken nauwkeurig op.
  • Een goede samenwerking met transport, logistiek en customer service helpt je om aankoop- en voorraadplanning efficiënt op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Naast je rol als inkoopassistent ondersteun je de aankoper met rapportages, stocklijsten en statistieken. Je verzorgt ook de facturatie van logistieke diensten en de bijbehorende klantenadministratie.

Voor de functie van Medewerker Inkoop bij onze klant in Lommel zoeken wij een kandidaat met idealiter een bacheloropleiding in een economische of commerciële richting. Daarnaast breng je 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring mee en heb je aantoonbare interesse in aankoop, voorraadbeheer of logistieke administratie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Nauwkeurigheid is belangrijk in deze functie: je werkt gestructureerd met orders, prijzen, voorraadgegevens, facturen en rapportages, en merkt afwijkingen tijdig op.
  • Je communiceert vlot met leveranciers en interne collega's, neemt initiatief en zoekt naar haalbare oplossingen wanneer een levering of planning niet volgens afspraak verloopt.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en stemt tegelijk goed af met anderen. Voor professioneel contact met partners zijn Nederlands, Frans en Engels relevant; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt. Je werkt vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
