Wat wordt jouw uitdaging als ontwerpingenieur stabiliteit?

  • Technisch meedenken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor geotechnische vraagstukken en ondersteunt collega’s bij complexe technische uitdagingen. Van tender tot uitvoering en ontwikkeling: jij denkt mee vanaf de eerste studiefase en helpt plannen technisch haalbaar te maken.
  • Slimmer ontwerpen. Samen met de ontwerpmanager bereken, toets en optimaliseer je tijdelijke en definitieve constructies, grondkeringen en funderingen. Je zoekt niet zomaar naar een oplossing, maar naar de oplossing die technisch klopt én praktisch uitvoerbaar is.
  • De lijnen kort houden. Je stemt continu af met collega’s uit de uitvoering en offertedienst, klanten en studiebureaus. Zo houd je grip op de planning, volg je openstaande punten op en zorg je dat iedereen weet waar het project staat.
  • Blijven groeien. Je houdt je kennis van bouwnormen en ontwerpsoftware scherp en gaat graag een stap verder in je expertise. Denk aan tools zoals SCIA Engineer, Plaxis, IDEA StatiCa en D-Sheet Piling. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen, zolang je maar de drive hebt om beter te worden.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde op zak en minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring. Idealiter heb je al meegebouwd aan civiele of infrastructurele projecten, vanuit de uitvoering of het ontwerp. Nog geen uitgesproken voorkeur? Geen probleem. Je krijgt de kans om op de werf de praktijk onder de knie te krijgen en te ontdekken waar jouw sterktes liggen.
  • Je kijkt verder dan het plan. Je stelt kritische vragen, denkt technisch én economisch mee en verliest de uitvoerbaarheid nooit uit het oog. Want een oplossing die er op papier goed uitziet, moet buiten ook gewoon werken.
  • Kwaliteit is voor jou geen extraatje, maar de standaard. Je denkt mee met de klant, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en gaat pas verder als het klopt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Ook in het Frans kan je je voldoende uit de slag trekken om projecten in Noord-Frankrijk mee op te volgen.
