Als Operationeel Planner & Dispatcher in Zaventem zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning en personeelsinzet vlot verlopen. Je houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties en zorgt dat de juiste medewerkers op het juiste moment worden ingezet.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je stelt de dagelijkse personeelsplanning op en past deze aan waar nodig.
  • Je houdt rekening met beschikbaarheden, verlof, opleidingen en afwezigheden.
  • Je coördineert de dispatching van medewerkers en verdeelt geplande en dringende opdrachten.
  • Je speelt snel in op onverwachte wijzigingen en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met leidinggevenden en operationele verantwoordelijken.
  • Je verwerkt planningsgegevens, volgt rapporteringen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

Extra troef: je werkt in een vast vroeg uurrooster van 06u00 tot 14u00, waardoor je elke namiddag vrij bent!

Voor deze functie als Operationeel Planner & Dispatcher zoeken we een organisatorisch talent dat het overzicht bewaart en snel kan schakelen.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau, dankzij je opleiding of relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in planning, dispatching of operationele coördinatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en digitale planningstools.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, neemt initiatief en durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.

Ervaring met het plannen van grotere operationele teams is een mooie troef!
