Jobomschrijving

  • Als Planning Officer neem je een centrale rol op in de dagelijkse organisatie van personeel, materieel en transportmiddelen voor infrastructuur- en constructieprojecten in Brussel.
  • Je maakt en beheert de personeelsplanning van A tot Z. In overleg met operationele verantwoordelijken en HR stem je eigen medewerkers en externe ploegen af op de noden van de werven.
  • De inzet van arbeiders, ploegbazen, machines en transportmiddelen wordt dankzij jouw planning tijdig en efficiënt georganiseerd. Zo kunnen teams op het juiste moment met de juiste middelen aan de slag.
  • Als planner ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders, ploegbazen, siteverantwoordelijken, onderaannemers en interne diensten. Aanvragen, wijzigingen en praktische afspraken volg je duidelijk en zorgvuldig op.
  • Je beheert de behoeften rond transport en wagenpark, signaleert problemen en stemt oplossingen af met de betrokken logistieke en fleetcollega’s.
  • Ook tijdelijke werkloosheid, registraties op de werf, medische onderzoeken, weekendwerk en werkzaamheden tijdens sluitingsdagen worden door jou proactief opgevolgd en tijdig gecommuniceerd.
  • Wanneer eigen ploegen of machines niet volstaan, coördineer je de aanvulling met externe middelen en ondersteun je de opvolging van gemaakte afspraken met externe partners.
  • Je werkt in een mensgerichte organisatie binnen de bouwsector, waar verschillende technische en operationele expertises samenwerken aan complexe projecten. Kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering bepalen er de dagelijkse manier van werken.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in planning, personeelscoördinatie, logistiek of een vergelijkbare operationele functie. Een bacheloropleiding, bijvoorbeeld in logistiek of supply chain, is een pluspunt maar geen absolute voorwaarde.
  • Een praktische omgeving spreekt je aan en je voelt goed aan wat uitvoerende medewerkers nodig hebben. Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of met werfgerelateerde planning helpt je om snel impact te maken.
  • Overzicht bewaren, prioriteiten stellen en snel bijsturen behoren tot je sterke punten. Ook wanneer een onverwachte vraag de planning voor de volgende dag wijzigt, blijf je nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met uiteenlopende interne en externe contactpersonen. Die verbindende aanpak is belangrijk om afspraken correct uit te voeren en vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Je werkt vlot met courante Microsoft-toepassingen, waaronder Excel, en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
