Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 3 speel je een belangrijke rol in het uitbouwen en opvolgen van het preventie- en welzijnsbeleid. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook dagelijks leeft op de werkvloer.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bewaakt het gezondheidstoezicht van de medewerkers
  • Je werkt mee aan het preventiebeleid en zorgt voor een goede opvolging
  • Je geeft advies over het aanpassen van arbeidsomstandigheden aan de mens en de werkplek
  • Je adviseert medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veiligheid, welzijn en hygiëne
  • Je volgt administratieve en preventiegerelateerde dossiers nauwkeurig op
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en preventieve maatregelen
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders

Wie ben jij?

  • We zoeken iemand die structuur brengt, graag communiceert en veiligheid écht belangrijk vindt
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 3
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van welzijn op het werk
  • Je bent sterk in administratieve organisatie en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en houdt het overzicht
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent proactief en durft zaken bespreekbaar te maken
  • Ervaring binnen een logistieke of operationele omgeving is mooi meegenomen
