Jobomschrijving

Als Productiebeheerder heb je het volgende, zeer veelzijdige, takenpakket:

  • Onderhouden van een reeds opgebouwd klantenportefeuille;
  • Adviseren en optreden als commerciële contactpersoon voor jouw klanten, zowel particulieren als zelfstandigen en kleine ondernemingen;
  • Opvolging en begeleiding van klanten in al hun vragen rond verzekeringen;
  • Realiseren van commerciële doeleinden;
  • Correcte administratieve verwerking;
  • Schadebeheer van A tot Z.

Als Relatiebeheerder ben je/heb je:

  • Bachelor (Financie- en Verzekeringswezen) of een Master diploma;
  • Minstens een eerste ervaring bij een onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar;
  • Een sterke kennis van verschillende verzekeringen, voornamelijk niet-leven;
  • Commercieel ingesteld;
  • Professioneel en betrouwbaar;
  • Gestructureerd en resultaatsgericht.
