De organisatie beschikt over meerdere vestigingen in België en Frankrijk en investeert voortdurend in de uitbreiding en modernisering van haar infrastructuur. Binnen het team krijg je veel autonomie, vertrouwen en ruimte om initiatief te nemen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Analyseren van projectaanvragen en opstellen van een plan van aanpak en budget.
  • Uitwerken van technische specificaties na goedkeuring van het project.
  • Offertes opvragen, vergelijken en aannemers selecteren.
  • Administratieve opvolging van contracten en projectdocumentatie.
  • Zelfstandig coördineren en opvolgen van bouw-, uitbreidings- en renovatieprojecten.
  • Regelmatig uitvoeren van werfbezoeken om kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning te bewaken.
  • Overleggen met werfleiders en operationele verantwoordelijken.
  • Instaan voor een correcte oplevering, administratieve afsluiting, as-built dossiers en goedkeuring van facturen.
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke infrastructuur.

Projecten zijn zeer gevarieerd en kunnen onder meer bestaan uit:

  • Bouw van nieuwe magazijnen.
  • Uitbreiding van kantoor- en bedrijfsgebouwen.
  • Aanleg van parkings en groenzones.
  • Renovaties van HVAC-installaties, verlichting, schilderwerken, beglazing en andere technische infrastructuur.
  • Bachelor of Master in Bouwkunde of een andere technische richting.
  • Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring als projectleider of bouwkundig ingenieur.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en beschikt over de maturiteit om projecten zelfstandig aan te sturen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid je te verplaatsen tussen verschillende vestigingen.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD of andere tekenprogramma's is een sterke meerwaarde.
