Jobomschrijving

Hoe hou jij een complex infrastructuurproject op koers?

  • Als Project Manager Civiel neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor één groot infrastructuurproject of meerdere kleinere projecten in Vlaanderen, met Neder-over-Heembeek als voornaamste werkplek.
  • Van voorbereiding en planning tot uitvoering en oplevering coördineer je de technische, organisatorische, commerciële en financiële aspecten van het project.
  • Je bewaakt scope, budget, timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid en grijpt tijdig in wanneer risico’s of afwijkingen de voortgang bedreigen.
  • In overleg met ontwerpers, onderaannemers, leveranciers, interne specialisten en opdrachtgevers stem je activiteiten op elkaar af en vertaal je complexe vraagstukken naar werkbare oplossingen.
  • Als projectleider geef je richting aan het projectteam, creëer je duidelijkheid over verantwoordelijkheden en zorg je dat mensen doelgericht samenwerken.
  • Je onderhoudt professionele relaties met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders, bespreekt voortgang en verwachtingen en bouwt mee aan duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Regelmatige rapportering aan de directie geeft inzicht in de financiële status, planning, risico’s en beslissingen die nodig zijn om het project op koers te houden.
  • Je werkt binnen een bouworganisatie die infrastructuur realiseert en renoveert, waaronder tunnels, bruggen, waterbouwkundige constructies en industriële projecten, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en maatschappelijke meerwaarde.

Ben jij een ervaren bouwprofessional met een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl?

  • Een masterdiploma in de bouwkunde, als burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur, geeft je de technische basis om complexe civiele projecten te beoordelen en aan te sturen.
  • Je brengt meer dan tien jaar relevante ervaring mee in projectmanagement binnen de civiele bouw, infrastructuur of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring met technische, commerciële en financiële projectopvolging helpt je om beslissingen te nemen die niet alleen uitvoerbaar, maar ook rendabel en duurzaam zijn.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende gesprekspartners en weet belangen te verbinden; dat is essentieel om vertrouwen op te bouwen en teams en opdrachtgevers mee te krijgen.
  • Een gestructureerde, resultaatgerichte en betrokken werkstijl past bij jou. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, behoudt overzicht in complexe situaties en gebruikt courante pc-toepassingen vlot; kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans is nodig voor de samenwerking met betrokken partijen.
