Hoe maak jij complexe geveldetails uitvoerbaar?

  • Als Projectingenieur Gevels vertaal je complexe gevelontwerpen naar een haalbare, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering op een groot bouwproject in Leuven.
  • Technische details van gevelelementen werk je uit en stem je af met architecten, studiebureaus, de interne studiedienst en gespecialiseerde partners.
  • Samen met de projectleider bewaak je de voorbereiding, planning en voortgang, zodat de werf georganiseerd en financieel beheersbaar vooruitgaat.
  • Uitvoeringsmethodes analyseer je kritisch en optimaliseer je waar dat de efficiëntie, kwaliteit of praktische haalbaarheid verbetert.
  • De financiële en administratieve opvolging van jouw projectonderdeel houd je nauwkeurig bij, inclusief technische documenten, registraties en afspraken.
  • Voor taak-risicoanalyses en veiligheidsmaatregelen werk je samen met de preventieadviseur; ook keuringen, veiligheidsrondes en opvolgacties krijgen jouw aandacht.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles ondersteun je actief en afwijkingen, klachten en keuringen volg je op tot er een duidelijke oplossing en correcte registratie is.
  • Vanuit de werfkeet blijf je dicht bij de uitvoering: je schakelt vlot tussen plannen, overleg en dagelijkse realiteit en ziet jouw beslissingen stap voor stap werkelijkheid worden.

Ben jij technisch sterk en praktisch ingesteld?

  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in bouwkundige projectopvolging, bij voorkeur met complexe gevels, gevelelementen of vergelijkbare technische bouwdetails.
  • Een technische bouwopleiding of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring helpt je om plannen, uitvoeringsdetails en technische documentatie zelfstandig te begrijpen en te beoordelen.
  • Technische nauwkeurigheid combineer je met administratieve structuur: planningen, registraties, budgetinformatie en kwaliteitsdocumenten houd je overzichtelijk bij.
  • Je communiceert helder met projectleiders, architecten, studiebureaus, onderaannemers en gespecialiseerde partners, omdat goede afstemming rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Je denkt praktisch, spreekt problemen tijdig aan en draagt veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking actief uit op de werf. Die combinatie maakt je sterk als bouwkundig projectingenieur.
