The posting

Als projectleider in Lommel krijg je een boeiende rol met veel afwisseling en een stevig leertraject. Je volgt meerdere werven op van A tot Z en bent mee het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne collega’s. Je start onder supervisie en groeit stap voor stap in een functie waar overleg, opvolging en slimme organisatie centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding, planning en opvolging van verschillende projecten en werven.
  • Offertes mee uitwerken, prijzen opmaken en calculaties voorbereiden.
  • Overleggen met klanten en leveranciers, inclusief telefonische opvolging en onderhandelingen.
  • Werven mee voorbereiden en zorgen dat materiaal en leveringen correct op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.
  • Facturatie voorbereiden en ondersteunen bij nacalculatie en dossieropvolging.
  • Warme leads bekijken en mee denken over toekomstige opportuniteiten.
  • Administratieve en commerciële opvolging combineren met een sterke focus op communicatie.

Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar de lijnen kort zijn en waar je echt mee het verschil maakt. Je krijgt een jaar lang intensieve begeleiding, met peterschap en duidelijke stappen zodat je rustig kunt groeien in de job.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, graag bijleert en niet bang is om de telefoon te nemen. Je hoeft geen doorwinterde projectleider te zijn; iemand met een eerste korte ervaring en veel leergierigheid, is zeker welkom. Belangrijker dan een lang cv is de juiste ingesteldheid: proactief, communicatief en klaar om mee te denken in functie van het bedrijf.

Jouw profiel:

  • Een bachelor, opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring die je een goede basis geeft voor projectopvolging.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft vlot te bellen, mailen en overleggen.
  • Een gezonde commerciële feeling en voelt je comfortabel in onderhandelingen.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk.
  • Probleemoplossend en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Leergierig en staat open voor begeleiding, feedback en een stapsgewijze groei.
  • Omgaan met verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauwkeurig aan opvolging, administratie en planning.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om af en toe wat extra afstemming te doen wanneer nodig.

Ervaring in projectopvolging, calculatie, werfcoördinatie of een technische/commerciële rol is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en leervermogen tellen hier minstens even hard mee.
