  • Als Projectleider Technieken neem je de coördinatie op van ventilatieprojecten voor residentiële en tertiaire gebouwen in de regio Antwerpen, met Brecht als belangrijkste uitvalsbasis.
  • Van voorbereiding tot oplevering bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en budgetten, zodat elk project technisch correct en volgens afspraak wordt gerealiseerd.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met bouwheren, aannemers, interne collega’s, uitvoerende teams en onderaannemers. Dankzij jouw duidelijke communicatie weet iedereen wat er wanneer moet gebeuren.
  • Projectplanningen opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je grijpt tijdig in wanneer een planning, budget of uitvoering dreigt af te wijken.
  • Op werf- en projectvergaderingen breng je de juiste partijen samen, bespreek je technische aandachtspunten en vertaal je afspraken naar concrete acties.
  • Je volgt kosten, rendement, veiligheid en uitvoeringskwaliteit nauwgezet op. Zo help je niet alleen projecten succesvol afronden, maar ook duurzame ventilatieoplossingen realiseren.
  • Binnen een organisatie met meerdere filialen in Vlaanderen werk je samen met ervaren technische collega’s in een mensgerichte omgeving waar overleg en ontwikkeling een vaste plaats krijgen.
  • Een technische opleiding of eerste relevante ervaring binnen de bouw-, installatie- of techniekenwereld vormt een goede basis. Ervaring met ventilatie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute voorwaarde.
  • Je kunt structuur brengen in meerdere lopende projecten en houdt overzicht over planning, budget, kwaliteit en betrokken partijen.
  • Als natuurlijke communicator schakel je vlot tussen bouwheer, aannemer, werfteam en interne collega’s. Dat is belangrijk om verwachtingen helder te houden en problemen snel op te lossen.
  • Zelfstandig werken, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en knopen durven doorhakken helpen je om projecten vooruit te krijgen, ook wanneer de omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht, stelt gerichte vragen en staat open voor begeleiding en verdere groei in de rol van projectcoördinator.
