  • Je neemt de algemene leiding op van één of meerdere bouwprojecten, van ruwbouw tot afwerking, en bewaakt zowel de uitvoering als het budget.
  • Je onderhoudt tijdens het volledige project nauw contact met de klant.
  • Je stemt samen met architecten en ingenieurs proactief af om de noden en verwachtingen van de klant helder in kaart te brengen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van aankoop en werkvoorbereiding en overlegt met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je bewaakt als spilfiguur van het projectteam het overzicht op planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget.
  • Je zorgt voor de aansturing, motivatie en opvolging van de medewerkers.
  • Voor de dagelijkse operationele uitvoering kan je rekenen op een enthousiast werfteam.
  • Je hebt een hogere bouwkundige opleiding gevolgd en brengt relevante ervaring mee binnen een gelijkaardige context.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke analytische ingesteldheid, aangevuld met goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit, rendabiliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen en voelt je thuis in een teamgerichte omgeving.
  • Je neemt initiatief en gaat verantwoordelijkheid niet uit de weg.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office en maakt je nieuwe toepassingen vlot eigen.
  • Een goede kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
