Als Projectleider Industriële Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging en succesvolle uitvoering van elektrotechnische projecten. Je vertaalt de behoeften van de klant naar een duurzame en technisch onderbouwde oplossing, met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Je leidt industriële elektrotechnische projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt de scope, planning, werkmethode, kwaliteit en het budget.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de betrokken medewerkers, teams en externe partners.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • Je staat in voor de planning van personeel, materialen, administratie en werkzaamheden.
  • Je maakt technische en financiële berekeningen en volgt de kosten nauwgezet op.
  • Je verzorgt de nacalculatie en analyseert het eindresultaat van de projecten.
  • Je rapporteert helder en transparant en stuurt bij wanneer de omstandigheden daarom vragen.

Voor deze vacature van Projectleider Industriële Elektriciteit zoeken we een georganiseerde en communicatief sterke professional. Je combineert technische kennis met projectmanagementvaardigheden en weet verschillende partijen efficiënt samen te brengen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma in elektriciteit, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Een gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen de industriële elektriciteit of elektrotechniek kan eveneens in aanmerking komen.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Een sterk organisatorisch, analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Het inzicht om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar kwalitatieve en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Een resultaatgerichte werkhouding met aandacht voor veiligheid en technische regelgeving.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te coördineren, delegeren en motiveren.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een praktische kennis van het Frans.
