The posting

Als Projectleider Infra neem jij de leiding over het volledige project en zorg je ervoor dat planning, budget, kwaliteit en mensen op één lijn zitten. Samen met de werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders en ploegbazen stuur je het project van voorbereiding tot oplevering

  • Je analyseert en bestudeert het volledige aanbestedingsdossier, waaronder lastenboeken en plannen
  • Je bepaalt samen met de betrokken partijen de projectaanpak en planning
  • Je werkt na de kick-off de technische en administratieve voorbereiding verder uit samen met de werkvoorbereiders
  • Je staat in voor het financieel beheer van het project en volgt het budget nauwgezet op
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt tijdens werfvergaderingen en voor de verschillende stakeholders
  • Je waakt over de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels gedurende het volledige project
  • Je stuurt, begeleidt en coacht de werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders en ploegbazen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle partijen
  • Je evalueert projecten bij de afsluiting en denkt mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes

Als sterke projectleider houd jij graag het overzicht en weet je mensen en projecten in de juiste richting te sturen. Je combineert technische kennis met een strategische blik en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen om een project succesvol af te ronden

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of relevante ervaring met minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider of assistent-projectleider
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen aannemersactiviteiten
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en MS Project
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je kan goed omgaan met verschillende prioriteiten en een wisselende werkdruk
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en infrastructuurwerken
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan vlot schakelen tussen collega's op de werf en andere stakeholders
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft proactief beslissingen te nemen
