The posting

Als Projectleider Infrastructuur neem je de leiding over uitdagende projecten binnen wegeniswerken, rioleringswerken, bruggenbouw en andere complexe infrastructuurrealisaties.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject: van voorbereiding en planning tot uitvoering en oplevering.

Daarbij zorg je voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen, een nauwkeurige budgetopvolging en een vlekkeloze uitvoering volgens de kwaliteits‑ en veiligheidsnormen.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Het ontwikkelen en sturen van projecten door optimaal gebruik te maken van mensen en middelen.
  • Het bewaken van budgetten en deadlines, zodat projecten binnen de gestelde doelstellingen worden gerealiseerd.
  • Het opvolgen van uitvoeringstermijnen en de voortgang van de werf, met tijdige bijsturing waar nodig.
  • Toezicht houden op de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures, kwaliteitsnormen en milieuregels.
  • Het onderhouden en versterken van relaties met klanten, partners en andere stakeholders.
  • Het maken van duidelijke afspraken met alle betrokken partijen en toezien op correcte naleving.
  • Samenwerken met interne diensten zoals aankoop, calculatie, dispatching en centrale ondersteuning.
  • Het motiveren van collega’s en bevorderen van een constructieve samenwerking binnen het projectteam.

Voor deze vacature in Puurs zoeken we voor onze klant een ervaren en gedreven projectleider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en technische expertise combineert met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Wij zoeken dus iemand die beschikt over:

  • Een diploma industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Eerdere ervaring binnen infrastructuurwerken en een bewezen traject als projectleider.
  • Een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en de capaciteit om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren.
  • Een proactieve instelling en de drive om projecten binnen tijd, scope en budget op te leveren.
  • Commerciële feeling en het vermogen om constructieve relaties op te bouwen met opdrachtgevers en partners.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede beheersing van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een troef.
