Jobomschrijving

Hoe maak je het kwaliteitsbeleid werkbaar op de werf?

  • Als Quality Coordinator bewaak je de kwaliteit van civiele bouw- en infrastructuurwerken, met als doel afspraken, normen en technische vereisten zichtbaar en werkbaar te maken op de werf.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op verschillende werven in Vlaanderen: je maakt rondgangen, werkt checklists af en verzamelt controlefiches die een betrouwbare opvolging van de uitvoering ondersteunen.
  • Interne audits bij projectteams, op werven en binnen ondersteunende diensten bereid je voor en voer je uit in het kader van ISO 9001 en technische processen.
  • Je centraliseert kennis over kernprocessen en beheert de kennisdatabank, zodat teams vlot toegang hebben tot actuele informatie, richtlijnen en praktische werkwijzen.
  • Wijzigingen in normen, technische voorlichtingen en aanbevelingen analyseer je en vertaal je naar duidelijke aandachtspunten, acties of aanpassingen binnen het managementsysteem.
  • Na audits, niet-conformiteiten, meldingen en verbetervoorstellen volg je correctieve en corrigerende acties op. Je zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen niet alleen worden uitgevoerd, maar ook duurzaam in de werking worden verankerd.
  • Als kwaliteitscoördinator adviseer je project- en werfteams over kwaliteitsmethodieken, opleveringen en de inbedrijfstelling van werven. Je brengt structuur, deelt kennis en helpt collega’s om verbeteringen zelfstandig toe te passen.

Kan jij zelfstandig werken binnen een grote projectomgeving en sta jij stevig genoeg in je schoenen om verbeteringen mee te realiseren?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouwkunde, aangevuld met ongeveer 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitscoördinatie, infrastructuurwerken of een vergelijkbare projectomgeving.
  • Je hebt inzicht in kwaliteitsmanagement, auditwerking en technische processen; kennis van ISO 9001 is relevant om controles en verbeteracties doelgericht op te zetten.
  • Dankzij je organisatorische vaardigheden houd je overzicht over meerdere werven, dossiers, acties en deadlines. Nauwkeurigheid en punctualiteit zijn daarbij belangrijk voor een correcte rapportering.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je opdrachten en durft verbeterpunten op een constructieve manier bespreekbaar te maken. Die combinatie helpt om draagvlak te creëren bij ervaren project- en werfteams.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met interne en externe betrokkenen en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar verschillende werven in Vlaanderen. Je betrouwbaarheid, luistervaardigheid en praktische ingesteldheid maken je tot een gewaardeerde gesprekspartner.
