Hoe maak jij van meetgegevens een betrouwbare financiële basis?

  • Als Quantity Surveyor vorm je de financiële schakel tussen de werf, de meetgegevens en de projectadministratie. Je controleert hoeveelheden en vorderingen zodat bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten financieel correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Je analyseert meetstaten, meetresultaten en uitvoeringsgegevens en valideert de informatie in overleg met landmeters, projectleiders en andere technische experten.
  • Afwijkingen, onduidelijkheden en optimalisatiemogelijkheden spoor je tijdig op. Zo help je projectteams om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen en financiële risico’s te beperken.
  • De toepassing van de geldende meetcodes vertaal je naar een correcte administratieve verwerking, rapportering en vlotte afstemming met de boekhouding.
  • Met bouwsoftware zoals BIM, CAD en KPD Bouwoffice of vergelijkbare toepassingen ondersteun je analyses en maak je meet- en projectinformatie bruikbaar voor verschillende stakeholders.
  • Werfbezoeken in Neder-over-Heembeek en andere projectomgevingen wissel je af met analytisch en administratief werk vanuit een kantoor. Daardoor blijf je zowel technisch als financieel dicht bij de realisatie.
  • Je werkt mee aan een meer efficiënte aanpak van meet- en opvolgingsprocessen en deelt inzichten met multidisciplinaire teams die kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en resultaat centraal stellen.

Ben jij analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met de dynamiek van een werf?

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen de civiele bouwkunde vormt een belangrijke basis.
  • Dankzij jouw inzicht begrijp je hoe een werf werkt en hoe de financiële opvolging ervan georganiseerd wordt.
  • Complexe problemen pak je gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht aan.
  • Met BIM, CAD en KPD Bouwoffice of gelijkaardige bouwsoftware kan je vlot overweg.
  • Een vernieuwende blik helpt je om data en meetresultaten optimaal te benutten.
  • Samenwerken met landmeters, projectleiders en andere technische experten geeft je energie.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail behoren tot jouw sterke punten.
  • Flexibiliteit spreekt je aan: de ene dag werk je op de werf, de andere dag verzorg je de administratieve opvolging vanuit een kantoor.
