Jobomschrijving

  • Je volgt service- en onderhoudscontracten technisch, administratief en financieel op
  • Je stuurt techniekers en onderaannemers aan en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers
  • Je werkt mee aan service, onderhoud, interventies en het oplossen van storingen
  • Je neemt de leiding over de werking in regio West en zorgt voor continuïteit
  • Je bewaakt capaciteit en prioriteiten en versterkt de samenwerking binnen de regio
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en bouwt de activiteiten verder uit
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen gebouwtechnieken
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen service en onderhoud
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting, zoals elektriciteit, elektromechanica of energietechnologie
  • Je hebt ervaring als regiomanager of als ervaren projectleider/projectmanager binnen service en onderhoud
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis van gebouwtechnieken, met een sterke basis in elektriciteit en kennis van HVAC, sanitair en aanverwante technieken
  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële en commerciële opvolging en hebt oog voor rendabiliteit
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen
  • Je geeft op een natuurlijke manier leiding en werkt vlot samen met techniekers en collega’s
