Onze klant realiseert totaalautomatiseringsprojecten in gebouwen. Die omvatten engineering, bordenbouw, bekabeling en softwareontwikkeling voor HVAC-systemen, maar ook het intelligent en slim aansturen van bijvoorbeeld verlichting, laadinfrastructuur en alle mogelijke assets in een gebouw.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als Smart Building Solutions Project Manager leid en volg je elektro-HVAC-projecten op vanaf de kick-off tot en met de oplevering. Je bewaakt daarbij zowel het technische als het financiële resultaat.
  • Na de overdracht vanuit sales ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je houdt alle betrokken partijen op één lijn en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over planning, keuzes en voortgang.
  • De pre-engineering, projectplanning en voorbereiding van kritische materialen neem je zorgvuldig op. Zo creëer je een solide basis voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Over de volledige projectscope heen stem je electrical engineering, aankoop, softwareontwikkeling en de werken op de werf op elkaar af. Je grijpt tijdig in wanneer kwaliteit, timing of budget onder druk komen.
  • Duidelijke werkinstructies voor de werfleider en medewerkers ter plaatse zorgen ervoor dat de afgesproken technische en veiligheidsvereisten worden nageleefd. Ook de opvolging van eventuele onderaannemers behoort tot je verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bewaakt de administratieve afhandeling, inclusief een correcte en tijdige facturatie van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Als projectleider deel je inzichten uit lopende projecten en nieuwe concepten met het salesteam en rapporteer je over de voortgang aan de verantwoordelijke businessunitmanager.
  • Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Merelbeke binnen een multidisciplinaire technologiegroep die totaalautomatiseringsprojecten realiseert voor gebouwen. De projecten verbinden engineering, bordenbouw, bekabeling en software met slimme toepassingen voor HVAC, verlichting, laadinfrastructuur en andere gebouwassets.
  • Een bachelor Elektromechanica vormt een goede basis. Kennis van HVAC, regelsystemen en de technische assets van gebouwen helpt je om projecten inhoudelijk te begrijpen; ervaring als Project Engineer is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in elektromechanica en gebouwtechnologie en kunt elektrische engineeringtools gebruiken. Een basiskennis van het AREI is belangrijk om technische en veiligheidskeuzes correct te kunnen beoordelen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, kritisch denkvermogen en administratieve structuur helpen je om planning, budget, kwaliteit en facturatie betrouwbaar op te volgen.
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten, collega’s, werfleiders en partners. Die klantgerichte en samenwerkingsgerichte houding is essentieel om verwachtingen af te stemmen en medewerkers op een duidelijke, respectvolle manier aan te sturen.
  • Je kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Nederlands en je behelpen in het Frans en Engels. Daarnaast beschik je over rijbewijs B en ben je bereid verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor je projecten.
