Je komt terecht bij een stabiele speler in de prefab betonindustrie en betonnettenproductie, met meerdere productievestigingen in West-Vlaanderen en een sterke interne studiedienst. De organisatie is mensgericht en groeit duurzaam, met aandacht voor innovatie, veiligheid en welzijn. Je werkt vanuit een moderne kantooromgeving in Wielsbeke, in nauwe verbinding met productie, montage en logistiek.

Jobomschrijving

Als stabiliteitsingenieur maak je deel uit van een interne studiedienst met ingenieurs en bouwkundig tekenaars. Je rapporteert aan een lead engineer en krijgt een actieve rol doorheen het volledige traject van een project. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van stabiliteitsberekeningen voor civiele en industriële bouwprojecten.
  • Verdiepen en specialiseren in betonberekeningen en geotechniek, met ruimte om je expertise verder uit te bouwen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan verkoop en productie, zodat ontwerpen ook praktisch en efficiënt uitvoerbaar zijn.
  • Overleggen met productieverantwoordelijken over maatwerk en de meest geschikte uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Begeleiden van tekenaars bij het uitwerken van productie-, wapenings- en legplannen.
  • Up-to-date blijven met normen en regelgeving in België en omliggende landen.
  • Mee instaan voor het beheer en de actualisatie van technische documentatie zoals fiches, wapeningsdetails en hijs- en plaatsingsvoorschriften.

Deze functie combineert rekenwerk, technisch inzicht en samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.

Wat heb je nodig om hier sterk te staan?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring met beton- en/of geotechnische berekeningen.

Daarnaast pas je goed in deze rol omdat je:

  • Analytisch denkt: je doorgrondt complexe vraagstukken en vertaalt ze naar veilige en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt: berekeningen en details hebben directe impact op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Graag samenwerkt: je schakelt vlot met ingenieurs, tekenaars, productie en verkoop.
  • Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels; een basis Frans helpt in overleg.
